Safety Policy

For the safety and security of all parties involved (tutor, tutee, etc.) tutoring/exam prep. sessions must be conducted in a public place or via Zoom (coffee shops, public libraries, school libraries, etc.).  It is because Tutor Arizona, LLC offers flexibility in scheduling to all our clients that we have opted to have all sessions held in a public location or via Zoom.

Tutor Arizona, LLC has a zero tolerance policy for harassment of any type, violent threats/remarks, unwelcome advances, or weapons at tutoring sessions.  Tutor Arizona, LLC reserves the right to end a tutoring session if any of the mentioned is exhibited by any client or tutor.  Tutor Arizona, LLC. will refer any violent threats or harassment of any type to local law enforcement.  

Disclosure

Tutor Arizona, LLC is not an educational institution nor does Tutor Arizona, LLC have any direct affiliations with the local community colleges or private institutions.  Acceptance of any services from Tutor Arizona, LLC does not guarantee a passing grade for any Emergency Medical Technician Program, Quizzes, Midterm Exams, Final Exams, Psychomotor Exams, or the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians Exams or any exam needed to obtain certification.

All clients and/or future clients be advised that Tutor Arizona, LLC reserves the right to refuse services.

Payment Policy

All Payments are due after free consultation and prior to first session unless other acceptable payment arrangements have been made. Other forms of payment are cash, credit/debit card, check or Zelle at zackp@tutoremsaz.com or visit the Sign Up for Tutoring page scroll the bottom and click on the “pay here” button.

10% administration fee is non-refundable for cancellations day of appointment (no call/no shows) see cancelation policy (no refund policy).

Please email zackp@tutoremsaz.com within 24 hours for cancellations (see cancelation policy) or rescheduling.  We do understand that emergencies may arise last minute please let us know as soon as possible of any changes, any cancellations or rescheduling day of that is not prior to 24 hours please call or text 602-616-1976

 Cancellation Policy

24 hour cancellation policy:

Cancellations day of appointment and no shows will be charged a 10% non-refundable administration fee.

Any client that does not follow through with keeping appointments or failure to follow tutoring plans laid out by Tutor Arizona, LLC either verbally or documented can/will be dropped as a client.
